DEVELOPMENT OF THE MECHANISM OF LEGAL REGULATION CONCEPT IN THE FRAMEWORK OF A RECURSIVE PARADIGM IN LEGAL UNDERSTANDING

The paper considers the mechanism of legal regulation on its «digital» stage (taking into account that law is «diving into» the virtual space, and there is an issue of consistency in the system of legal rules and principles from the formal logic standpoint). The author considers the possibility of developing the concept of «mechanism of legal regulation» in the framework of recursive paradigm in the process of legal understanding, which was the result of an attempt to synthesize the general theory of law and the theory of formal systems based on the analysis of the sphere of legal regulation using the concept of «recursion»
