Annotation:
THE INTERPRETATION OF THE LAW BY EXECUTIVE BODIES SIDE EFFECTS
This article focuses on activities of executive bodies and particularly on their interpretation of civil law rules. Problems, that are caused by this interpretation and integration of such ruling in practice, are also considered. This article also pays attention to a trend of legal acts interpretation. Through the analysis of the most demonstrative individual acts of executive authorities, solution of this situation and further interpretation activity of these bodies is suggested.
