We are entering a new century of the Urals legal study. A lot of amazing scholar achievements, the emergence of new legal traditions and the implementation of the shaped professional plans lay ahead of us. And promising a new era, we would like to present a unique scholar project!

The Ural Journal of Legal Research is the first legal journal carried out by students of the Institute of State and International Law of the Ural State Law University. The materials published in the Journal are devoted to the topical issues in various areas of law.

The main goal of our project is the promotion of legal science among students who are interested in the future of domestic law. We would like to give particular emphasis on the fact that this journal is a broad platform for both first and subsequent scholar works of students, undergraduates, graduate students and all those who begin their scholar career in jurisprudence. We call upon you, dear authors, to show the most progressive, innovative, bold ideas in the field of legal science through our Journal. Our editorial staff is waiting for theoretical and practical studies of the existing legal validity.

We are absolutely convinced that the long path of serving the law begins from the student hood. Now we are writing the history of the legal studies.
