TO THE ISSUE OF ENSURING THE PROTECTION OF ADVOCATE-CLIENT PRIVILEGE

Abstract: The article is devoted to the actual problem of the essence of advocate ethics associated with the professional privilege of the advocate. The issue of legal ethics and moral dilemma is considered regarding cases when an advocate admittedly knows about the guilt of his client. The author concludes that an advocate is obliged to take the position of his client even if he knows for sure that the latter is guilty.
