ANIMAL LEGAL PERSONALITY ISSUE
The article is devoted to studying the issue of legal personality of animals in the modern world. The author considers the existing legal status of objects of the animal world and analyzes the main theories devoted to animal rights. As a result of this analysis the author concludes that the animal is a specific object of law that requires certain legal regulation.
