ACCEPT AND DON’T JUDGE MORE: CONCILIATION PROCEDURES IN RUSSIA. NEW REALITY

Every year there is a tendency to increase the judicial burden, which leads to an increase in the length of litigation. For this reason, judicial conciliation proceedings are developing more and more actively. However, to date, conciliation procedures in Russia are not in great demand. Expanding the list of conciliation mechanisms by introducing the institution of judicial reconciliation provides additional opportunities for resolving a dispute, which will lead to an increase in the quality of justice.
