ON SOME PROBLEMS COCERNED WITH ENFORCEMENT BY DISTRICT POLICE COMMISSIONER ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF FINE EVADING PEOPLE

The article deals with the most pressing problems that a district police commissioner may face when conducting proceedings on administrative offenses related to enforcement of administrative responsibility for non-payment of an administrative fine, and ways out of them, as well as the role of the district police commissioner in implementing preventive measures. In accordance with the considered problems, the criteria for evaluating the activities of the district police commissioner in the specified direction of administrative and jurisdictional activities are proposed.
