Annotation:

ISSUES OF THE REALIZATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS IN CONDITIONS OF AUTHORITARIANISM
 
This article focuses on the problem of maintaining of authoritarian regimes in different states of the modern world. The author discovers differences between democratic regime and authoritarian regime, points out main features of the both regimes. Based on examples of political crises in certain states (Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Turkey and so on) the author analyzes which disadvantages of such democratic mechanism as system of separation of powers provide keeping authoritarian tendencies in the modern world. In conclusion the author defines democratic mechanisms which should be developed both on the domestic and on the international levels for overcoming authoritarian tendencies.
