TERMINOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS OF «NEW NORMALITY» AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF THEM
In this article legal consequences of “new normality” are considered. The author means by “new normality” a number of behaviour forms, which are traditionally and sustainably judged as unnormal and contradicting to the principles of jurisprudence and moral standards, but nowadays become widespread, receive indirectly or sure approval and, in any cases, connivance from the side of public authorities and civil society organizations. As the author concludes such behaviour forms gradually become conventional in public conscience, law and state ideology. Also, reflection of influence of “new normality” on law making, law enforcement, legal culture and legal consciousness are considered.
