Аннотация:

The paper presents an analysis of doctrinal research in the field of interstate law in the context of the issue of its theoretical and practical relevance. The author puts forward and substantiates a judgment on the cause-and-effect relationship of the formation and widespread practical implementation of the doctrinal doctrine of the republican form of government in the XVII–XVIII centuries and the formation of a modern theory of interstate law based on contractual management of equal entities.
