1. All articles submitted to the Editorial Board of the Journal are subjected to double-blind peer review.

2. The review is carried out by the members of the Editorial Board, as well as by third-party Reviewers, leading experts in the field of the legal study.

3. Based on the results of the review, the Reviewer fills in the review form and gives recommendations on the possibility of publishing the reviewed article in the Journal, as well as on the need to revise the article.

4. If the Reviewer recommends to revise the article, the members of the Editorial Board send the Author suggestions for the revision of the article. The submitted revised article is reviewed again.

5. If the Author and the Reviewer have insoluble contradictions regarding the content of the article, the Editorial Board has the right to transfer the articles to another Reviewer for an additional review.

6. The presence of a positive review does not guarantee publishing of the article. The final decision on the possibility of publishing is made by the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal, taking into account the opinion of the Editorial Board.

7. Original reviews are stored for 2 years.
