Аннотация:

The article provides the analysis of current international regulation in order to identify problematic aspects arising from the resolution of cross-border consumer disputes on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. The author gave a brief history of the formation of the institution of consumer protection, the most promising international practice in the field of cross-border consumer disputes resolution, and made a conclusion about the lack of regulation of the procedure for judicial and out-of-court protection of consumer rights at the level of Eurasian integration.
