Аннотация:

The article is devoted to the study of modern problems of the institution of parliamentary control in the Russian Federation. For the analysis, article 103.1 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation is taken, which was introduced by the amendments of 2020. The disadvantages of this article, expressed in its incompleteness, are indicated. The author offers options for correcting this incompleteness. In addition, the article analyzes the institution of parliamentary investigation as one of the forms of parliamentary control, and suggests ways to improve the effectiveness of this form of control. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to further improve the legislation on parliamentary control in order to create an effective mechanism for parliamentary control functions.
