In the article features of legal instruments for protection of minors from involvement in the commission of antisocial actions are considered, such rules of Russian legislation (article 150 and 151 of the Criminal Code) are compared with their analogs in the Netherlands, Romania, and India. Basing on the research the author highlights a single organization for the prevention of the involvement of a minor in the commission of antisocial actions.
