Аннотация:

The article analyzes the impact of the constitutional reform of 2020 on the points of labor relations regulation. The author gives various legal positions, analyzes the necessary regulatory legal acts. Based on the positions and rules in question, relevant conclusions about significance of constitutional reform for the regulation of labor relations are drawn.
