Аннотация:

Features of administrative regulation of arms traffic in Russia and the USA are considered. This comparative and legal analysis revealed that in many senses arms traffic control is stricter in the USA than in Russia. Author puts forward and argues the position that in a number of paragraphs the weapon legislation appears more liberal in Russia.
