Аннотация:

The article is devoted to the discussion of social power and power potential in society. The author considered sciences touching on the topic of social power and power potential. Phenomena related to man, his activities and development are described. It is demonstrated in what power potential can be measured, how it is applied in practice and what types of it can exist. The author concludes that social power, as well as managerial relations, are realized through policy actions, the quality of which depends on the power potential of the governing individual.
