Аннотация:

The article is devoted to the issues of convergence and harmonization of civil procedure law at the regional level within the European Union. Special attention is paid to the history of the convergence process, as well as internal and external challenges of the integration process. It is concluded that within the framework of supranational regulation in the EU, active work is being done to bring civil procedure law closer together.
